Terms & Conditions – Indraprastha Developers

1. Ownership & Documentation

• All plots are offered by Indraprastha Developers with clear titles and necessary approvals.
• Buyers are responsible for verifying all documents before finalizing the purchase.

2. Booking & Payment

• Plot booking is confirmed only upon payment of the booking amount.
• Payment schedules must be followed as per the agreed terms. Delay in payments may attract interest or cancellation as per company policy.

3. Loan Facility

• Loan approval is subject to the eligibility criteria of the respective financial institution.
• Indraprastha Developers will provide necessary assistance but will not be responsible for rejection of loans.

4. Possession & Construction

• Possession of the plot will be handed over after full payment and completion of legal formalities.
• Buyers are required to follow local municipal and legal guidelines for construction.

5. Cancellation Policy

• In case of cancellation by the buyer, applicable deductions will be made as per company rules before refund (if any).

6. Developer's Rights

• Indraprastha Developers reserves the right to make changes in project specifications, layout, or amenities if required by authorities or due to unforeseen circumstances.

7. Jurisdiction

• All disputes, if any, will fall under the jurisdiction of the local courts.
